Who We Are
Openquarter is engaged in the development and management of desktop, web or intranet-delivered applications, user interfaces, projects and ventures. We also supply the technology, systems and equipment required for deploying our customers projects to their user base.
Established in 2004, Openquarter has delivered several succesful websites and applications to many small and medium scale businesses in Australia.

Openquarter builds it’s own applications - Wiserone, Vmanager, DealTracker and Bluespokes:
Wiserone allows enterprises to manage aspects of their web presence in-house - with attendant cost savings. Vmanager is an application used by vehicle dealerships to manage their stocks online. It also allows for inventory synchronisation and broadcasting to lead generation sites. DealTracker enables finance companies to manage and track loan applications from several brokers. Bluespokes is now under development and will be used by businesses in construction, fire prevention and the like to quote, generate invoices, maintain, service and execute various clients’ projects.
